Sinopsis Film Where the Wind Blows (2023)
Where the Wind Blows Set in the 1970s, Hong Kong’s Independent Anti-Corruption Commission (ICAC) was founded to hunt down corrupt pre-colonial officials. Police officers Lei Le (Guo Fucheng) and Nan Jiang (Liang Chaowei) were once oppressed by the authorities.
