In My Mother’s Skin As World War II ended in 1945, the Philippines was ending. A wealthy family is locked in their country mansion. and was threatened by Japanese soldiers who lost control of the island. There are rumors that Aldo The patriarch of the family stole some Japanese gold and hid it nearby. Knowing that his family would be killed if the gold was found, Aldo then goes out to ask for help from the Americans. His absence made the family fear that he would not return. As her mother’s health deteriorates, the family’s youngest daughter, Tala, in desperation turns to a deceptive, flesh-eating angel who plans to devour them whole.
