Boudica Inspired by events set in A.D. 60, Boudicca’s story follows the Celtic warrior of the same name who ruled the Iceni people along with her husband, Prasutakas, upon his death. At the hands of the Roman soldiers, Boudica’s empire was left without a male heir. and the Romans seized her land and property. Driven to madness and determined to avenge her husband’s death, Boudika rallies the tribes. from the region and waged a great war against the mighty Roman Empire.
